Step-by-Step Guide: Viewing Customer Transactions in Your BuildMyStore Suite

With BuildMyStore, you can easily track all customer transactions from your online store, segregated into Online Payments, Wallet Transactions, Cash on Delivery (COD), and BMSPay transactions. This ensures transparency and efficient management of your financial data. Follow the steps below to access and review transactions.

Access the Transactions Section

From the Menu Sidebar, click on the Transactions section to expand the dropdown. You will see the following categories:

  • Online Transactions

  • Wallet Transactions

  • COD Transactions

  • BMSPay Transactions

  1. Online Transactions

    • Online transactions include payments made through digital payment services like PhonePe, Razorpay, and Cashfree.

    • Details Displayed:

      • Transaction ID

      • Date

      • Amount

      • Customer ID

      • Payment Status

      • Payment Gateway Used

  2. Wallet Transactions

    • These are transactions made using the prepaid wallets of your customers. Customers can recharge their wallets in advance and use the balance for orders.

    • Details Displayed:

      • Transaction ID

      • Date

      • Amount

      • Type: Debit/Credit- Indicates whether the wallet was debited for an order or credited during a recharge.

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Transactions

    • COD transactions occur when customers pay in cash at the time of delivery, either to your delivery staff or at the store.

    • Details Displayed:

      • Transaction ID

      • Date

      • Amount

      • Transaction Type: Indicates if the payment was for an order or a wallet recharge (yes, customers can recharge their online wallets with cash).

  1. BMSPay Transactions

    • BMSPay is BuildMyStore’s in-house payment gateway, offering a robust and hassle-free way to process customer payments directly to your bank account or UPI ID.

    • Details Displayed:

      • Transaction ID

      • Date

      • Transaction Amount

      • Order ID

      • Payment Status

      • Description

  • Filtering Transactions Across All Categories

    • To quickly find transactions across any category:

      • Use the From and To date fields at the top right corner of the screen.

      • Select the required time period to generate a detailed report of transactions.

With this system, you can efficiently track all financial activities, streamline operations, and manage payments seamlessly.
