Set Up Support and Social Links in the Mobile App

Step 1: Open the BuildMyStore App

  1. Launch the BuildMyStore mobile app on your smartphone.

  2. Log in to your account if required.

Step 2: Go to the Account Section

  1. Tap on the Account option at the bottom of the app interface.

  2. This will navigate you to the Account menu.

Step 3: Open Store Settings

  1. In the Account menu, you will find various options.

  2. Tap on the Store Setting option to proceed.

Step 4: Navigate to Support and Social

  1. Inside Store Settings, locate and tap on the Support and Social option.

  2. This will open the Support and Social Setup page.

Step 5: Add Support Details

  1. On the Support section of the page, provide your customer support contact details:

    • Mobile Number: Enter the phone number customers can use to contact you.

    • WhatsApp Number: Add a WhatsApp number for easy communication via chat.

Step 6: Add Social Media Links

  1. In the Social section, add your store’s social media profiles. This will help customers connect with you online:

    • Twitter URL: Add the link to your store's Twitter account.

    • Facebook URL: Add the link to your store's Facebook page.

    • Instagram URL: Add the link to your store's Instagram profile.

    • YouTube URL: Add the link to your store's YouTube channel (if applicable).

Step 7: Save Your Details

  1. Once all the details are filled in, review them to ensure accuracy.

  2. Tap the Save button located at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Step 8: Changes Reflected in Your Store

  1. After saving, your support details and social media links will be updated.

  2. Customers will now see these details on your store interface, making it easy for them to contact you or follow your store on social media.
