Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open Your Store Page
Log in to your BuildMyStore dashboard.
Go to your Store Page to begin customizing.

Step 2: Access the Store Builder
On the left-hand side menu, click on “Store Builder.”

Step 3: Select “Store Web” Option

After clicking on Store Builder, you’ll see two options:
Store Web
Store Mobile
Click on the “Store Web” option to edit the web version of your store.

Step 4: Go to Testimonials Section
A new customization interface will open with multiple editing options.
Find and click on the “Testimonials” option.

Step 5: Add a New Testimonial
You will now enter the Testimonials section.
Click on the “+” (plus) button in the center of the page to add a new testimonial

Step 6: Fill in Testimonial Details
In the form that appears, enter the following details:
Customer Image – Upload a photo of the customer.
Customer Name – Type the full name of the customer.
Customer Message – Add the testimonial or feedback message.
Customer City – Mention the city or location of the customer.
Customer Rating – Add a star rating (e.g., 4.5/5).

Step 7: Enable or Disable the Testimonial

You’ll see a toggle option to Enable or Disable the testimonial.
Keep it enabled if you want it visible in your store.
Disable it if you want to save it without showing it yet.

Step 8: Submit the Testimonial
Once all the details are added, scroll down and click the “Submit” button.
Your testimonial will be added and shown at the bottom of your store’s web page.

Note:
You can edit or remove testimonials anytime by returning to the same section.
Adding real customer reviews builds trust and improves conversion rates.
