Add Support and Social to Your Web Online Store

Adding support and social options to your online store helps customers reach out to you for assistance and connect with your brand on social platforms. Here's a simple step-by-step guide to set it up:

Step 1: Open the Store Page

  1. Log in to Your BuildMyStore Account

  2. Access Your Store Page

    • Navigate to your Store Page from the dashboard after logging in.

Step 2: Open Store Settings

  1. Click on the Menu

    • On the left-hand side of your screen, locate the menu. Click to open it.

  2. Select Store Settings

    • From the menu, select the Store Settings option. This will take you to the store settings interface.

Step 3: Access Support and Social Settings

  1. Click on the "Support & Social" Option

    • In the Store Settings interface, find and click on the Support & Social option. This will open the setup interface for support and social details.

Step 4: Add Support Details

  1. Fill in Support Information

    • In the Support section, add details to make it easy for customers to contact you:

      • Mobile Number: Enter your business contact number.

      • WhatsApp Number: Add a number where customers can message you via WhatsApp.

      • Support Email: Provide an email address dedicated to customer support.

Step 5: Add Social Media Links

  1. Fill in Social Media Details

    • In the Social section, add links to your social media profiles to help customers connect with your brand:

      • Website URL: Add the link to your business website.

      • LinkedIn URL: Provide the link to your LinkedIn profile or company page.

      • Twitter URL: Add your business’s Twitter handle.

      • Facebook URL: Provide the link to your Facebook page.

      • Instagram URL: Enter the link to your Instagram profile.

      • YouTube URL: Add the link to your YouTube channel if you have one.

Step 6: Save the Details

  1. Review the Information

    • Double-check all the details you’ve entered to ensure they are correct and complete.

  2. Click on the Save Button

    • At the bottom-right corner of the interface, click on the Save button to save the information.

Step 7: Verify the Changes

  1. Check Your Store

    • Visit your online store to verify that the support details and social links are displayed correctly. These will usually appear in the footer or a dedicated contact section of your store.
