Step 1: Open Your Store Page
Log in to your BuildMyStore dashboard.
Go to your Store Page.

Step 2: Go to the Customers Section
On the left-hand side menu, click on “Customers.”

Step 3: View the Customer List
A list of all your store’s customers will be displayed.
Scroll through or search to find the customer whose details you want to update.

Step 4: Click on the Customer Name
Click on the customer’s name to open their detailed profile view.

Step 5: Manage Customer Information

In the customer profile interface, you can view and manage details like:
Basic info
Addresses
Subscription details
Order history
Wallet balance & Transaction

Step 6: Click on ‘Update Profile’
On the left side of the customer interface, click “Update Profile.”

Step 7: Edit Customer Details
-
A new form will open where you can update the following:
Profile Picture
Name
Mobile Number
Email Address

Step 8: Save Changes
After updating the necessary details, click the “Update” button at the bottom-right corner.

Customer Details Updated!
The customer’s information will now be updated and saved in your store system.
You can repeat this process to edit or update any customer information easily at any time.
