How to Add or Edit a Customer's Address on BuildMyStore (Web App)

Keep your customer’s delivery address accurate and up to date with these easy steps:

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Step 1: Open Your Store Page

    • Log in to your BuildMyStore dashboard.

    • Open your Store Page.

  2. Step 2: Go to the Customers Section

    • Click on “Customers” in the left-hand menu.

  3. Step 3: Select the Customer

    • A list of your customers will appear.

    • Find the customer whose address you want to update.

    • Click on the customer’s name to open their profile.

  4. Step 4: Click on ‘Add/List Address’

    • In the customer profile interface, look to the right-hand side.

    • Click on the “Add/List Address” option.

  5. Step 5: Add or Edit Address

    • A new interface will open.

    • Here, you can add a new address or edit existing address details

  6. Step 6: Save the Address

    • After entering or editing the information, click the “Save Address” button at the bottom-right corner.

  • Address Updated!

    The customer’s address will now be saved and reflected in your store's database. You can add multiple addresses or update them anytime.
