How to delete a product?

Learn how to permanently delete an existing product using the BuildMyStore Web App and BuildMyStore Mobile application.

Step-by-Step Guide

Web App

1. Open Products: Log in to the BuildMyStore Web application at web.buildmystore.io, then go to Catalog → Products.
2. Select a Product: From the Products page, select the product you want to delete.
3. Open Delete: Select Delete from the Action Menu (⋮) or directly from the Product Details page.
4. Confirm Deletion: Select Delete, then select Delete again to confirm.

Mobile App

1. Open Products: Log in to the BuildMyStore Mobile application, select Catalog, and then select the Products tab.
2. Select a Product: From the Products page, select the product you want to delete.
3. Open Delete: Select Delete from the Action Menu (⋮) or directly from the Product Details page.
4. Confirm Deletion: Select Delete, then select Delete again to confirm.
