How to configure local delivery settings?

Local Delivery settings allow you to customize delivery rules and operational preferences for local delivery fulfillment.

Note

Before you begin, enable the Local Delivery feature from Settings → Feature Preference.

Step-by-Step Guide​

  1. Open Local Delivery: Log in to BuildMyStore Web App and click Local Delivery from the left sidebar navigation menu.
  2. Enable Local Delivery: On the Local Delivery Settings page, turn on the Enable Local Delivery switch.
  3. Select the Delivery Type: Under Delivery Type, select your preferred delivery method:
    • Instant Delivery for 2–4 hour fulfillment.
    • Next Day Delivery for scheduled time slots.
  4. Set the Order Lock Time: Select a time from the Order Lock Time dropdown.
Note

Orders placed after the order lock time will be considered orders for the next day.

  1. Enable Rider Management: Scroll to the Rider Management section and turn on Enable Riders for Local Delivery to activate rider assignment and use your own delivery fleet.
  2. Save the Settings: Click Save Settings to apply your delivery rules.
