How to add delivery slots?

Delivery slots allow customers to select an available delivery time window during checkout. You can add, edit, or delete delivery slots from Local Delivery → Delivery Settings.

Note

Local Delivery must be enabled from Settings → Feature Preference before you can configure delivery slots.

Step-by-Step Guide​

  1. Open Delivery Settings: Log in to BuildMyStore Web App and open Local Delivery from the left sidebar.
  2. Open Delivery Settings: Under Local Delivery, click Delivery Settings.
  3. Add a Delivery Slot: In the Delivery Slots section, click + Add Slot.
  4. Set the Delivery Time: In the Add Delivery Slot window, select the Start time and End time.
  5. Add the Slot: Click Add Slot. The delivery slot will be added to the Delivery Slots section.
  6. Save the Settings: Click Save Settings to apply the delivery slot configuration.

Edit or Delete a Delivery Slot​

  1. Open Delivery Settings: Open Local Delivery → Delivery Settings.
  2. Find the Slot: In the Delivery Slots section, find the slot you want to update.
  3. Edit or Delete: Click the Edit icon to change the delivery time, or click the Delete icon to remove the slot.
  4. Save: Click Save Settings to apply the changes.
