How to add delivery zones?

Delivery Zones allow you to define the areas where you offer local delivery. You can configure a zone using a Zone Name, PIN Code, and Warehouse.

Note

Local Delivery must be enabled from Settings → Feature Preference before you can add delivery zones.

Step-by-Step Guide​

  1. Open Delivery Zones: Log in to BuildMyStore Web App, open Local Delivery from the left sidebar, and click Delivery Zones.
  2. Add a Delivery Zone: Click + Add Zone.
  3. Enter Zone Details: In the Add Delivery Zone window, enter the Zone Name and PIN Code.
  4. Select a Warehouse: Under Warehouses, select the warehouse you want to associate with the delivery zone.
  5. Activate the Zone: Turn on the Active toggle. Inactive zones will not receive orders.
  6. Save the Zone: Click Add Zone to create the delivery zone.

Frequently Asked Questions​

You can add a warehouse from the Warehouses section under Store Settings. After adding the warehouse, it will be available to select when creating a delivery zone.

An inactive delivery zone will not receive orders. Turn on the Active toggle to make the zone available for receiving orders.
