How to add a rider for local delivery?

You can add delivery riders and assign them to one or more Delivery Zones for local order fulfillment.

Note

You must create at least one Delivery Zone before you can assign a zone to a rider.

Step-by-Step Guide​

  1. Open Riders: Log in to BuildMyStore Web App, open Local Delivery from the left sidebar, and click Riders.
  2. Add a Rider: Click + Add Rider.
  3. Enter Rider Details: In the Add New Rider window, enter the following details:
    • Name
    • Mobile
    • Email (optional)
  4. Assign Delivery Zones: Under Delivery Zones, select the zone or zones you want the rider to cover.
  5. Add the Rider: Click Add Rider to create the rider.

The rider is now added and assigned to the selected delivery zones.

You can add a rider without assigning a delivery zone, but you need to create a Delivery Zone before you can assign one to the rider.
