How to Manage Products?

Manage existing products from the Merchant Web or Merchant Mobile App. You can view, edit, delete, activate, deactivate, and manage product visibility.

Step-by-Step Guide

Web App

1. Open Products: Log in to the Merchant Web application and go to Catalog → Products.
2. View Products: The Products page displays all products in your store.
3. Filter Products: Use Search, Status, or Category to find products.
4. Open Product Details: Select a product to view its complete information.
5. Open Product Actions: Select the Action Menu (⋮) for a product to View, Edit, Activate/Deactivate, or Delete the product.
6. Edit a Product: Select Edit, update the required details, and select Update Product.
7. Delete a Product: Select Delete from the Action Menu (⋮) or Product Details page, then select Delete to confirm.
8. Activate or Deactivate a Product: Enable the product to make it visible in the storefront and available for purchase. Disable it to keep it in the Products list with an Inactive status and hide it from customers.

Mobile App

1. Open Products: Log in to the Merchant Mobile App, select Catalog from the bottom navigation bar, and select the Products tab.
2. View Products: The Products page displays all products in your store.
3. Filter Products: Use Search, Sort, Status, or Selling price to find products.
4. Open Product Details: Select a product to view its complete information.
5. Manage Visibility: Enable product visibility to show the product in the storefront. Disable it to hide the product from customers.
6. Open Product Actions: Select the Action Menu (⋮) for a product to PreView in store, Edit, Mark as Inactive, or Delete the product.
7. Preview a Product: Select PreView in store to see how the product looks in the storefront.
8. Edit a Product: Select Edit, update the required details, and select Update Product.
9. Delete a Product: Select Delete from the Action Menu (⋮) or Product Details page, then select Delete to confirm.
10. Mark a Product as Inactive: Select Mark as Inactive to hide the product from customers. The product remains available in the Products list with an Inactive status.
